Particle packing optimization is a philosophy that has evolved over the years. Its use in concrete proportioning helped creating denser and stronger mixes. Numerous theories models have course of time to optimize concrete. Out which Modified Andreassen curve found its practical application optimizing high-performance The main objective study was different particle their effects on mortar mixes design most optimized material gives maximum strength. In this paper, quartz sand theory been adopted for proportioning. This paper also deals with changes density compressive strength after curve. EMMA software whose algorithm based used addition, admixture dosage discussed paper. An attempt made create an Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) by applying Curve using aggregates. For thorough literature review done, precast site where high required identified various tests were conducted itself. results obtained from are quite interesting as 16 % cement replaced metakaoline silica fume phenomenol 96.18 MPa.
